Fred has consulted for leading organisations
world-wide for over 20 years through his
own consulting practice, OED Consulting Ltd. which
he established in 1999 after having been a Partner with
US-based Harbridge House Inc. which was acquired by
PricewaterhouseCoopers in the mid-1990s.
Prior to this, Fred held senior human resources management
positions with Ford of Europe. His clients have included BP, Otis Elevators, Kone Corporation, Metso Corporation, Philip Morris, Kraft Jacobs Suchard,
Goldman Sachs, Barclays Bank, CIBC and Nesteoil.
Fred holds both an MBA and a DBA and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He gained his post-graduate Diploma in Coaching (alpha plus) at Henley Management College and is a qualified user of a number of psychometric instruments. |
